I had such a fun time photographing Hayes a few weeks ago…we had no plan, no guidelines and a beautiful evening to capture the real Hayes!! The only thing we missed was his sporty style, that he usually represents! It’s got to be tough being 13 and that adorable!!! The Griers have raised all of their boys to be wonderful men, and I am so thankful to have been a witness to that over the years!
Hayes doesn’t take a bad photo. And couldn’t be any sweeter if he tried. The crazy social media world has blown up around him and he is still Hayes. I love that! Sorry these are so late…blogging hasn’t been on schedule lately! oops!!

Starting off the new year with fun…Haley is a senior at Hough High and can’t wait to be a freshmen in August at ECU! We were frozen outside but she rocked the cute looks and somehow ignored the arctic tundra air!! I loved photographing Haley and she is such a beautiful & sweet girl! Enjoy!!

Loved photographing sweet Taylor- plus she is so beautiful inside and out, so it made my job extra fabulous! 🙂 Her senior pics are fantastic, if only I would’ve had my senior pics done somewhere other than the school drama classroom, geez. Hope you enjoy!!
ps- did I mention Taylor’s eye are like crystals? they are by far the most piercing blue eyes I’ve ever photographed. unreal.

Love meeting new people…but love it even more when they’re awesome and super laid back! Lisa called me a week ago and hoped I could squeeze her daughter in for some “late” senior photos before she left for college this upcoming weekend–we made it happen! I’m also a believer in the more kids you have, the more laid back and easy going you are. 🙂 Justine and I hung out, chatted and became friends within a few minutes. She’s off to NC State in less than 4 days and I’m quite certain she will have the time of her life! PLUS, she turns 18 in just a few days~ so we’ll call this her 18 year old super model photo shoot! 🙂 Loved our time together and we finished up right as the sky let out! Hope you enjoy her peek!!

soooo Lanie has completely changed my thoughts on photographing seniors, she has inspired me and given me the excitement…bring one, bring all. I usually enjoy children and family photography the most, its what I’m best at…but last night’s senior session with Lanie gives me goosebumps. (the light was breathtaking!) EVERY SINGLE image is usable. Not only usable but stunning. She is stunning and incredibly photogenic. Plus, sweet as they come and so smart. I loved every minute of our session downtown, and adore Lanie! I can’t pick my favorite 8 so I am posting more than usual…and honestly it was hard for me to even narrow it down this much. Hope you enjoy…
