JD & Chris inspire me…they are incredible parents and love each other tremendously. I absolutely LOVED photographing their big family of 6 a couple of nights ago. We had so much fun and they were just along for the fun ride. They have 4 very handsome boys, all unique and perfect in their own way. I am not sure how they have such sanity with four, I go crazy many days with my three. Well, our first stop ended up with creepy gypsies trying to scare us away from the “public” property, although I won’t be going back there again- it was so worth their awesome moments captured. And our session ended with a massive shirtless wrestling match between all the boys! Had a blast and hope you enjoy their photos…

Here are a couple shots from yesterday of our sweet little Kolt…I cannot believe he is already 5 months old. Where does time go? He is the sweetest, happiest, most loving baby…so content and calm. We are so lucky and he fills our heart with love.

After rescheduling our session so many times I can’t even remember due to bad weather- we FINALLY got to play! Val and her 3 sweet kiddos played around while I captured it all. Siena is 5, Eli is 3 and Wyatt is 13 months and I know from experience they have their hands full. Being back in the woods scared us all at one point when we kept hearing a loud howling that was getting closer by the second—we were all convinced we were going to be attacked by coyotes…YIKES!! Thank GOODNESS it was only a strong-willed beagle that must have been on a hunt for something because he never stopped his crazy howling! whew!!! It’s always a fun adventure on my photo sessions! ha! May 12, 2012: Huntersville, NC {Lifestyle/Family session}
I went to high school with these sweet kiddie’s Mom & Dad…great people, and awesome kids! Can’t get enough of fun, adventurous red heads! 🙂 We did a morning session in the bright sunshine in a field of wet buttercups…I had a great time and the kids loved climbing everything in sight! Matthew should be an inspiration to all Dad’s out there- he got the kids up and dressed (nicely too) all by 8:30am, rock star in my books for sure! Hope you enjoy their peek…

April 22. 2012: Belmont, NC {LIFESTYLE session}
I think I keep repeating myself lately about how much I LOVE what I do…but really, I adore it. I love spending fun time with all these wonderful friends. I love that I make people smile, and I love that I capture a moment that will most likely never happen again. Silly laughs, faces a toddler makes that are the “look” of this phase in their life…it all makes me happy.
I spent yesterday morning with some of my favorite people…Ella & Kate- and oh, yes, their awesome parents, Matt & Lindsay. Kate just turned 2 and seriously is stunning. Ella is just as beautiful and so fun. We had a blast playing around the lil town & especially my favorite part…playing in this adorable boutique, Jolie- right on main street. Little girls in a boutique is just par for the course! Love them…enjoy their pics!
oh and yes- they are wearing the gorgeous Addie & Ella clothing line!! 🙂
