I met so many awesome people this week/weekend, and the Bluhm crew were part of that. Zach is a senior at Lincoln Charter High School, and for a guy that doesn’t like photos…he surely ROCKED it. His sweet mom and brother snuck in for a few shots as well…adorable family time. I had such a blast with all of them and I’m thinking maybe I’ll start taking more senior boy’s pics…they’re cool, calm and collected. love it! enjoy!

YAY!!! Another newborn this week…I have actually lost count at this point of exactly how many new lil peanuts have entered into the world this month. Woohoo for beautiful Autumn babies. Brady was 9 days brand new when I photographed his cuteness and his absolutely precious family. I still cannot believe he makes number 4 for the awesome McCormick Family! He is the perfect combo of all the other 3 kiddos, and as precious as a peach. (dimples and all) He has no clue how lucky he is to be part of this family of his, and I am so grateful to be able to capture these special moments…enjoy.

I love that I have been photographing the Shait family long enough to go through so many special times in their lives…like this one currently–a baby BOY is on his way!!! Big Sis Havens will be the perfect partner in crime for this new little man. Havens is my buddy and is in the “hopelessly in love with her Daddy” stage. She is beyond fun, so beautiful and extremely curious about the world around her. Can’t wait to meet the newest addition! 🙂 Enjoy!

Courtney, Rich and big brother Trey welcomed their precious little Madeline into the world just a short 8 days before I met her. She has the lips of a beauty queen, and is such a pretty peanut. Having three boys takes a family’s energy to the next level, I speak from experience…but I love it! Had a great time capturing the Switzer family and all their energy! A beautiful family that I am proud to call friends. Ryder, being the youngest was happy as long as he had a “weapon” in his hands at all times- yet again I can totally relate! Its so wonderful seeing how much the two older boys, Dax and Chance, love each other. (I remember the days of more tears then laughs.) We had awesome weather and gorgeous fall color…enjoy!!

Lil Landon is FAR from little now…most of you that read the blog often will remember Landon as the fireman Daddy holding a tiny newborn Landon in his helmet. He is such a chunky monkey now, and I love it! He also has started the precious pouty lip when he begins to get upset. Love watching him grow and change. Enjoy!!

I cannot begin to explain how wonderful the Brockway Family is, but let’s just say I love them. They have been a special part of my life since I was in 9th grade and I am so thankful to have them. We took their photos at their home in Davidson, it is gorgeous and they have made it their happy haven, full of beauty. Aynsley has been a best friend since I can remember and her incredible parents have always been those loving, understanding & supportive parents for her and I both. Dr. Brockway has a calming strength when he’s near, strong love for his wife and daughter & wise beyond many human beings- on every level. Polly is beautiful and full of joyful love, the most incredible gardener I’ve ever known and all while taking care of her family. Aynsley is beautiful inside and out, so smart and loyal. Some of the best memories I have are with Aynsley next to me! oh, and can’t forget Diesel, the handsome German Shepard that eats, sleeps and breaths for his Mommy, Ayns. I enjoyed our evening so much…hope you enjoy their peek!!

This has been a crazy busy couple of weeks, with all the new babies and fun family sessions- so I’m just now posting the recent session’s sneak peeks!
I spent a morning last week with a new family of four, David, Rachel, big sis Reagan, and the newest addition Kennedy! Kennedy decided she wasn’t going to nap the entire morning I was there- crazy for a 7 day old lil peanut. She has piercing blue eyes and she wanted to show them off. Hope you enjoy her peek…
