Something about photographing my close friends just makes my heart smile that much more! I love the Romanos and their wild boys! Capturing their special moments is easy and they come with every glance…you can see their personalities with each and every photo. Marek is 3 and a half and Maddox is 17 months…and always changing! We changed it up this time and did a more urban shoot…I love it! Enjoy!

Oh my goodness, what a fun, wild & oh so warm family the Smith’s are!!! I had an absolute blast meeting & laughing with Tosha & Jason and their three handsome little men! If only people knew the funny things behind all these photos, it would make your sides ache. I look forward to my family being full of life and strong boys just like theirs in a few years! Boys are truly so loving and sweet, it’s amazing they have such a rough & tough side as well. There is so much love in this family, and they will be laughing 60+ years from now too! Dana, Rob and Clara are such an adorable lil family! I have been doing Clara’s month stages photos since she was 6 months old, and I can’t believe she’s already ONE!! They decided to change it up this time and add some Christmas spirit into their session @ Birkdale…lights and trees to celebrate Clara’s birthday and Christmas too. We had fun playing around and I can’t wait to watch lil Clara grow up over the years…such a sweet little lady! 🙂

I cannot believe it’s already been 4 months since I took the Ferris Family’s photos…and tiny little Gillian was just a week old. 18 pounds later, Gillian has really become another perfect piece of the Ferris Family’s puzzle. 🙂 4 children sounds like a lot to handle for a family Christmas photo…but not with these kiddies, they were PERFECT!!! Andrew and Yvette (Mom & Dad) must be incredible parents because these kids are amazing. So much love and kindness, and I hope you can see that in their little sneak peak from their session.

November 27, 2011: Cornelius, NC {Baby BUMP session}
How cute are these two love birds…their story is phenomenal and one their children & grandchildren will one day admire them for. I am so excited for Ginny & Woody, their new addition will be here so soon and she’ll be gorgeous! Ginny and I are due only a couple weeks apart…but she just has this adorable little bump to show for it. (I can’t say the same for myself!) I loved capturing them and you could hear/see how much Woody adores Ginny all morning. They are going to be awesome parents and welcome little Abigail into such a loving world! Shelly was an awesome aunt and mommy and brought all 5 of her kids & her nieces and nephews to me yesterday for an evening session in Belmont. 5 kids were a lot more fun then I expected…and we had awesome weather for it!
