I met the sweet Renegar Family today in the 27 degree weather and never heard 1 complaint about it from any of them! Love those type of awesome families! 🙂 They had lots of energy and a little 2 year old diva in the making…Emerson. Emerson and their dog Jackson made a fun team to photograph. Capturing a 2 year old on the move is tough, but adding a super happy golden retriever adds a whole new level to the game! Hopefully you can see some of the fun I did capture today…enjoy!!

Justin and I go way back to the good ol’ high school days…he has been a dear friend of mine since then and has always been a hysterical, trouble-maker! 🙂 He married the most amazing woman, Crystal and I still don’t know how she handles his wild cowboy side! They are a wonderful family and have the biggest hearts of almost anyone I know. 3 beautiful children later, their family is complete. True cowboys & cowgirls their are raising their family the way we should all raise ours…letting our kids get dirty & adventure out on their own through the yard to learn the way we were meant to learn. 🙂 Fun family and beautiful people inside & out…enjoy!

I love the Wilsons…and their adorable kiddies! We had fun playing and seeing what we could get into–but all 3 kids were perfect and listened so well! Haven & Adam have been wonderful friends of ours since college and their family keeps growing & growing. I’m so impressed by all the Dads I photograph…most men HATE to be photographed, but Adam was such a great sport and got through it, all smiles! I hope you enjoy their sneak peak…and of course I can’t post my favorites because those are getting saved for Christmas cards again!

I don’t want to spoil this adorable family’s Christmas cards for the year so I am only going to post 1 sneak peak…The Thompson family are amazing to have made it up to the lake yesterday for photos before I left for the day! The day before they were at the ER all day with the middle son for a fractured skull (soo been there!) and I know how hard it is to bounce back after a day like that! They made it and were all smiles! Mindy and Travis have 3 handsome boys and it must be a VERY busy life at their home! I love how much energy boys bring to a family. Hope you enjoy their sneak peak…

As I was going through this beautiful family’s film I realized how much I have grown in the past year…how much I treasure captured moments more then ever and happy families warm me. The Geers are such a sweet family with 2 adorable children- Nyla (2 years) and Dashel (3 months). Nyla is not the typical 2 year old, she sat perfectly when I needed her to…she was calm & kind to her little brother. None of these things are even in my children’s vocabulary…and I doubt I could ever hope for it. hahaha Happy people make happy photographs…they make real moments that are forever frozen on film that we all treasure. I hope you enjoy a sneak peak into a few of the Geers happy moments…

What a fun afternoon I had playing with Jack and his sweet Mommy, Sherri! Jack is completely laid back but wants to be on the move all at the same time! He is all boy and I see his family having a LOT of fun with him in the near future! (BOYS ROCK!!) No grass, dirt or thorn seemed to bother him one bit—which completely reminds me of my two rugrats! Hope you enjoy his precious little twinkle…

I try not to post all my own family stuff too often…but I wanted to post a couple pics from the other night when we played around with the boys HOPING for a good Christmas pic! My friend Tiffany, luckily had her camera rolling the whole time and caught WAY more fun shots then I did. 🙂 Can’t wait to see all of them, but here are a couple of mine that cracked me up! 🙂
Enjoy!

Had such a great time with the VanDeventer Family last night…Lily (22 months old) is full of herself and knows exactly what she wants (I don’t think she wanted a camera in her face) haha, and Hadley just smiles and gave me her sweet face all evening. 🙂 I had fun chasing down little Lily and trying to keep up with her curiosity! I know my boys would love playing with her too! Life is wild when you have two babies only 15 months apart…VERY busy. I hope you can see all their love & truth in their photos…so sweet!

LOVE seeing old friends from the past, probably one of my favorite parts of this incredible hobby! (ok there are LOTS of things I love about this, but it def tops the list) I have known Brianna since middle school, we both lived in a horse world and now she has a gorgeous family…including her husband Matthew and daughter, Havens. I can’t believe it took us this long to get back in touch anyways! They are such a fun, loving family and you can tell Havens is going to grow up to be amazingly tall and gorgeous! Havens is 15 months and is full of personality and curiosity. Such a fun age! Can’t wait to watch their family grow and keep getting together for fun playdates! Enjoy their sneak peak…
